वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-71, verse-26

ततो महद्वर्त्म च दूरसंक्रमं क्रमेण गत्वा प्रविलोकयन् वनम् ।
ददर्श पम्पां शुभदर्श काननामनेकनानाविधपक्षिसंकुलाम् ॥२६॥
26. tato mahadvartma ca dūrasaṃkramaṃ krameṇa gatvā pravilokayan vanam ,
dadarśa pampāṃ śubhadarśa kānanāmanekanānāvidhapakṣisaṃkulām.

26. Then, having gradually traversed a great and difficult path, and observing the forest, he saw Pampa, a beautiful forest teeming with many different kinds of birds.
