यज्वभिर्गुणसंपन्नैर्ब्राह्मणैर्वेदपारगैः ।
भूयिष्ठमृद्धैराकीर्णा राजर्षिवरपालिता ॥१६॥
16. yajvabhirguṇasaṃpannairbrāhmaṇairvedapāragaiḥ ,
bhūyiṣṭhamṛddhairākīrṇā rājarṣivarapālitā.
