वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-52, verse-8

पूजितो ऽहं त्वया ब्रह्मन्पूजार्हेण सुसत्कृतः ।
श्रूयतामभिधास्यामि वाक्यं वाक्यविशारद ॥८॥
8. pūjito'haṃ tvayā brahmanpūjārheṇa susatkṛtaḥ ,
śrūyatāmabhidhāsyāmi vākyaṃ vākyaviśārada.
8. pūjitaḥ aham tvayā brahman pūjārheṇa susatkṛtaḥ
śrūyatām abhidhāsyāmi vākyam vākyaviśārada
8. brahman vākyaviśārada pūjārheṇa tvayā aham
pūjitaḥ susatkṛtaḥ śrūyatām vākyam abhidhāsyāmi
8. O Brahmin, O expert in speech, I have been greatly honored and well-treated by you, who are yourself worthy of honor. Listen; I will speak my words (vākyam).
