वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-39, verse-3

पृथिव्याश्चापि निर्भेदो दृष्ट एव सनातनः ।
सगरस्य च पुत्राणां विनाशो ऽदीर्घजीविनाम् ॥३॥
3. pṛthivyāścāpi nirbhedo dṛṣṭa eva sanātanaḥ ,
sagarasya ca putrāṇāṃ vināśo'dīrghajīvinām.

3. And the eternal (sanātana) piercing of the earth has also been seen, as well as the destruction of Sagara's sons, who had short lives.
