तस्य वृष्णिप्रवीरस्य ब्रूहि युद्धं यथातथम् ।
धनंजयार्थे यत्तस्य कुशलो ह्यसि संजय ॥८॥

8. tasya vṛṣṇipravīrasya brūhi yuddhaṁ yathātatham ,
dhanaṁjayārthe yattasya kuśalo hyasi saṁjaya.

8. O Saṃjaya, you are indeed adept, so tell me accurately about the battle that hero of the Vṛṣṇis (Kṛṣṇa) fought for Arjuna's sake.
