महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-2, verse-30

उभे संध्ये प्रकाशेते दिशां दाहसमन्विते ।
आसीद्रुधिरवर्षं च अस्थिवर्षं च भारत ॥३०॥
30. ubhe saṁdhye prakāśete diśāṁ dāhasamanvite ,
āsīdrudhiravarṣaṁ ca asthivarṣaṁ ca bhārata.

āsīt rudhiravarṣaṃ ca asthivarṣaṃ ca bhārata
30. ubhe sandhye diśām dāhasamanvite prakāśete.

30. Both twilight periods appeared, accompanied by a conflagration in the directions. And there was a shower of blood and a shower of bones, O Bhārata.
