महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-104, verse-6

श्रोतव्यमपि पश्यामि सुहृदां कुरुनन्दन ।
न कर्तव्यश्च निर्बन्धो निर्बन्धो हि सुदारुणः ॥६॥
6. śrotavyamapi paśyāmi suhṛdāṁ kurunandana ,
na kartavyaśca nirbandho nirbandho hi sudāruṇaḥ.

6. O descendant of Kuru, I recognize that what is said by friends should also be heard. Furthermore, insistence (nirbandha) should not be made, for insistence (nirbandha) is indeed very severe.
