महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-12, verse-14

वीर्योन्नद्धा बलोदग्रा राज्ञा समभिपूजिताः ।
सिंहस्कन्धकटिग्रीवाः स्ववदाता मनस्विनः ।
असकृल्लब्धलक्षास्ते रङ्गे पार्थिवसंनिधौ ॥१४॥
14. vīryonnaddhā balodagrā rājñā samabhipūjitāḥ ,
siṁhaskandhakaṭigrīvāḥ svavadātā manasvinaḥ ,
asakṛllabdhalakṣāste raṅge pārthivasaṁnidhau.

14. Puffed up with prowess and exceedingly mighty, they were highly honored by the king. With shoulders, hips, and necks like lions, they were pure and high-minded. They had repeatedly achieved their objectives in the arena, in the presence of the king.
