महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-234, verse-8

तथा भीमो महेष्वासः संयुगे बलिनां वरः ।
गन्धर्वाञ्शतशो राजञ्जघान निशितैः शरैः ॥८॥
8. tathā bhīmo maheṣvāsaḥ saṁyuge balināṁ varaḥ ,
gandharvāñśataśo rājañjaghāna niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ.
8. tathā bhīmaḥ mahāiṣvāsaḥ saṃyuge balinām varaḥ
gandharvān śataśaḥ rājan jaghāna niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ
8. O King, similarly, Bhīma, the great archer and the best among the strong, killed hundreds of Gandharvas in battle with his sharp arrows.
