महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-234, verse-4

तान्समापततो राजन्गन्धर्वाञ्शतशो रणे ।
प्रत्यगृह्णन्नरव्याघ्राः शरवर्षैरनेकशः ॥४॥
4. tānsamāpatato rājangandharvāñśataśo raṇe ,
pratyagṛhṇannaravyāghrāḥ śaravarṣairanekaśaḥ.

4. O King, the tiger-like men confronted those hundreds of Gandharvas who were rushing into battle, meeting them repeatedly with showers of arrows.
