महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-227, verse-20

उचितं हि सदा गन्तुं घोषयात्रां विशां पते ।
एवं च त्वां पिता राजन्समनुज्ञातुमर्हति ॥२०॥
20. ucitaṁ hi sadā gantuṁ ghoṣayātrāṁ viśāṁ pate ,
evaṁ ca tvāṁ pitā rājansamanujñātumarhati.
20. ucitam hi sadā gantum ghoṣayātrām viśām pate
evam ca tvām pitā rājan samanujñātum arhati
20. Indeed, it is always proper to go on the cow-herding excursion (ghoṣayātrā), O lord of the people. And in this way, O king, your father should certainly permit you.
