महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-167, verse-6

तानहं विविधैर्बाणैर्वेगवद्भिरजिह्मगैः ।
गाण्डीवमुक्तैरभ्यघ्नमेकैकं दशभिर्मृधे ।
ते कृता विमुखाः सर्वे मत्प्रयुक्तैः शिलाशितैः ॥६॥
6. tānahaṁ vividhairbāṇairvegavadbhirajihmagaiḥ ,
gāṇḍīvamuktairabhyaghnamekaikaṁ daśabhirmṛdhe ,
te kṛtā vimukhāḥ sarve matprayuktaiḥ śilāśitaiḥ.

ajihmagaiḥ gāṇḍīvamuktaiḥ abhyaghnam
ekaikam daśabhiḥ mṛdhe te kṛtāḥ

6. In battle, I struck each one of them with ten various, swift, and unerring arrows released from my bow Gaṇḍīva. All of them were repelled by my arrows, which were sharpened on stone.
