महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-167, verse-17

ततोऽहं लघुभिश्चित्रैर्ब्रह्मास्त्रपरिमन्त्रितैः ।
व्यधमं सायकैराशु शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः ॥१७॥
17. tato'haṁ laghubhiścitrairbrahmāstraparimantritaiḥ ,
vyadhamaṁ sāyakairāśu śataśo'tha sahasraśaḥ.
17. tataḥ aham laghubhiḥ citraiḥ brahmāstraparimantritaiḥ
vyadhamam sāyakaiḥ āśu śataśaḥ atha sahasraśaḥ
17. Then I quickly struck down hundreds and thousands of them with my small, colorful arrows, which were consecrated by the brahma-weapon (brahmāstra).
