महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-86, verse-17

तथा संप्रेषयामास दूतान्नृपतिशासनात् ।
भीमसेनो महाराज राज्ञामक्लिष्टकर्मणाम् ॥१७॥
17. tathā saṁpreṣayāmāsa dūtānnṛpatiśāsanāt ,
bhīmaseno mahārāja rājñāmakliṣṭakarmaṇām.

17. Similarly, O great king, Bhīmasena sent envoys in accordance with the command of the kings, specifically to those kings whose actions were effortless (akliṣṭakarman).
