महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-67, verse-21

चपलाक्षः किलातीव प्रियस्ते मधुसूदन ।
सुतं पश्यस्व तस्येमं ब्रह्मास्त्रेण निपातितम् ॥२१॥
21. capalākṣaḥ kilātīva priyaste madhusūdana ,
sutaṁ paśyasva tasyemaṁ brahmāstreṇa nipātitam.

sutam paśyasva tasya imam brahmāstreṇa nipātitam
21. madhusūdana kila capalākṣaḥ te atīva priyaḥ (āsīt)

21. O Madhusūdana, they say that the swift-eyed one was exceedingly dear to you. Behold this son of his, struck down by the Brahmāstra.
