महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-30, verse-28

स एकाग्रं मनः कृत्वा निश्चलो योगमास्थितः ।
इन्द्रियाणि जघानाशु बाणेनैकेन वीर्यवान् ।
योगेनात्मानमाविश्य संसिद्धिं परमां ययौ ॥२८॥
28. sa ekāgraṁ manaḥ kṛtvā niścalo yogamāsthitaḥ ,
indriyāṇi jaghānāśu bāṇenaikena vīryavān ,
yogenātmānamāviśya saṁsiddhiṁ paramāṁ yayau.

28. He, having made his mind one-pointed and unwavering, resorted to (yoga). The powerful one swiftly conquered his senses (indriyas) with a single arrow. Through (yoga), having entered into his inner self (ātman), he attained the highest perfection.
