महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-43, verse-25

विहन्येतान्यथा कुर्वन्नरः कौरवनन्दन ।
सर्वथा राजशार्दूल युक्तिः सर्वत्र पूज्यते ॥२५॥
25. vihanyetānyathā kurvannaraḥ kauravanandana ,
sarvathā rājaśārdūla yuktiḥ sarvatra pūjyate.
