महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-154, verse-26

एवंविधं बहु तदा विलपन्तीं महानदीम् ।
आश्वासयामास तदा साम्ना दामोदरो विभुः ॥२६॥
26. evaṁvidhaṁ bahu tadā vilapantīṁ mahānadīm ,
āśvāsayāmāsa tadā sāmnā dāmodaro vibhuḥ.

26. Then the Lord (vibhuḥ), Damodara (Kṛṣṇa), comforted the great river (Gaṅgā), who was lamenting greatly in such a manner, with gentle words.
