महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-86, verse-30

कुलीनः सत्यसंपन्नः शक्तोऽमात्यः प्रशंसितः ।
एतैरेव गुणैर्युक्तस्तथा सेनापतिर्भवेत् ॥३०॥
30. kulīnaḥ satyasaṁpannaḥ śakto'mātyaḥ praśaṁsitaḥ ,
etaireva guṇairyuktastathā senāpatirbhavet.
