महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-58, verse-19

राज्ञो रहस्यं यद्वाक्यं जयार्थं लोकसंग्रहः ।
हृदि यच्चास्य जिह्मं स्यात्कारणार्थं च यद्भवेत् ॥१९॥
19. rājño rahasyaṁ yadvākyaṁ jayārthaṁ lokasaṁgrahaḥ ,
hṛdi yaccāsya jihmaṁ syātkāraṇārthaṁ ca yadbhavet.
