महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-167, verse-8

यदा बकपती राजन्ब्रह्माणं नोपसर्पति ।
ततो रोषादिदं प्राह बकेन्द्राय पितामहः ॥८॥
8. yadā bakapatī rājanbrahmāṇaṁ nopasarpati ,
tato roṣādidaṁ prāha bakendrāya pitāmahaḥ.

tataḥ roṣāt idam prāha bakendrāya pitāmahaḥ

8. O King, when the lord of cranes (Bakapati) did not approach Brahmā, then the Grandfather (Brahmā) angrily said this to the lord of cranes (Bakendra).
