महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-75, verse-9

प्रसाद्यतां देवयानी जीवितं ह्यत्र मे स्थितम् ।
योगक्षेमकरस्तेऽहमिन्द्रस्येव बृहस्पतिः ॥९॥
9. prasādyatāṁ devayānī jīvitaṁ hyatra me sthitam ,
yogakṣemakaraste'hamindrasyeva bṛhaspatiḥ.
9. prasādyatām devayānī jīvitam hi atra me sthitam
yogakṣemakaraḥ te aham indrasya iva bṛhaspatiḥ
9. "May Devayānī be appeased, for my very life depends on her. I am your protector and sustainer, just as Bṛhaspati is to Indra."
