महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-168, verse-25

द्वादशेऽथ ततो वर्षे स जज्ञे मनुजर्षभ ।
अश्मको नाम राजर्षिः पोतनं यो न्यवेशयत् ॥२५॥
25. dvādaśe'tha tato varṣe sa jajñe manujarṣabha ,
aśmako nāma rājarṣiḥ potanaṁ yo nyaveśayat.

25. Then, in the twelfth year from then, that King Aśmaka, best among men, was born, who established the city of Potana.
