महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-168, verse-24

दीर्घकालधृतं गर्भं सुषाव न तु तं यदा ।
साथ देव्यश्मना कुक्षिं निर्बिभेद तदा स्वकम् ॥२४॥
24. dīrghakāladhṛtaṁ garbhaṁ suṣāva na tu taṁ yadā ,
sātha devyaśmanā kukṣiṁ nirbibheda tadā svakam.
24. dīrghakāladhṛtam garbham suṣāva na tu tam yadā sā
atha devī aśmanā kukṣim nirbibheda tadā svakam
24. When she did not deliver that long-held fetus, then that goddess herself tore open her own womb with a stone.
