राजोवाच ।
नावमंस्याम्यहं ब्रह्मन्कदाचिद्ब्राह्मणर्षभान् ।
त्वन्निदेशे स्थितः शश्वत्पुजयिष्याम्यहं द्विजान् ॥१०॥

nāvamaṁsyāmyahaṁ brahmankadācidbrāhmaṇarṣabhān ,
tvannideśe sthitaḥ śaśvatpujayiṣyāmyahaṁ dvijān.

rājā uvāca na avamaṃsyāmi aham brahman kadācit brāhmaṇarṣabhān
tvat nideśe sthitaḥ śaśvat pūjayiṣyāmi aham dvijān

The king said: "O brahmin, I will never, at any time, disrespect the foremost among brahmins. Remaining steadfast in your instruction, I will always honor the twice-born (dvijān)."
