योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-100, verse-6

देशकालवशात्सर्वे हेतुमन्तः प्रमाणगाः ।
अकर्तृब्रह्मविषयः प्रमा कारणयोः कथम् ॥ ६ ॥

akartṛbrahmaviṣayaḥ pramā kāraṇayoḥ katham 6
