योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-38, verse-5

व्यालतल्पतलस्थस्य क्षीरोदार्णवशायिनः ।
शङ्खचक्रगदापाणेर्देहस्यान्तरचारिणः ॥ ५ ॥
vyālatalpatalasthasya kṣīrodārṇavaśāyinaḥ ,
śaṅkhacakragadāpāṇerdehasyāntaracāriṇaḥ 5
5. vyālatalpatalasthasya kṣīrodārṇavaśāyinaḥ

5. [He contemplated] Him who rests on a bed of serpents, who reclines in the milk ocean, who holds a conch, discus, and mace in His hands, and who pervades the innermost parts of the body (ātman).
