योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-6, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
अथ तां मनसा ध्यायंस्तत्रैवामीलितेक्षणः ।
आरब्धवान्मनोराज्यमिदमेकः किलोशना ॥ १ ॥
śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
atha tāṃ manasā dhyāyaṃstatraivāmīlitekṣaṇaḥ ,
ārabdhavānmanorājyamidamekaḥ kilośanā 1
1. śrīvasiṣṭhaḥ uvāca atha tām manasā dhyāyan tatra eva
amīlitīkṣaṇaḥ ārabdhavān manorājyam idam ekaḥ kila uśanā
1. śrīvasiṣṭhaḥ uvāca.
atha ekaḥ uśanā tatra eva amīlitīkṣaṇaḥ tām manasā dhyāyan idam manorājyam kila ārabdhavān.
1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Then, Uśanā, alone, with his eyes closed right there, contemplating her (his wife) in his mind, truly began to construct this mental kingdom (manorājya).
