पूर्वं रजोणुनैकेन संविष्टच्छन्नमस्तकाम् ।
कृतार्थत्वं कथयतीं ददतान्यस्य नास्पदम् ॥ ५ ॥

5. Previously, its head was completely covered by a single speck of dust; (the needle) proclaiming its accomplished purpose, while (that speck of dust was) giving no space to anything else.
