वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-80, verse-18

न हि शक्ष्याम्यहं गत्वा भृत्यदारान् सुखान्वितान् ।
प्रतिवक्तुं महातेजः किं चिदप्यशुभं वचः ॥१८॥
18. na hi śakṣyāmyahaṃ gatvā bhṛtyadārān sukhānvitān ,
prativaktuṃ mahātejaḥ kiṃ cidapyaśubhaṃ vacaḥ.
18. na hi śakṣyāmi aham gatvā bhṛtyadārān sukhānvitān
prativaktum mahātejaḥ kim cit api aśubham vacaḥ
18. mahātejaḥ hi aham gatvā sukhānvitān bhṛtyadārān

18. O greatly effulgent one, I will surely not be able, having returned, to speak any inauspicious words to my servants and their families, who are accustomed to happiness.
