वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-33, verse-18

स तं प्रमुक्त्वा त्रिदशारिमर्जुनः प्रपूज्य दिव्याभरणस्रगम्बरैः ।
अहिंसाकं सख्यमुपेत्य साग्निकं प्रणम्य स ब्रह्मसुतं गृहं ययौ ॥१८॥

ahiṃsākaṃ sakhyamupetya sāgnikaṃ praṇamya sa brahmasutaṃ gṛhaṃ yayau.

18. Having released that enemy of the gods (Rāvaṇa), Arjuna (Kārtavīrya) honored him with divine ornaments, garlands, and garments. Then, having established a friendship based on non-harming (ahiṃsā) and consecrated by a fire ritual (sāgnikam), and having bowed down to Pulastya, the son of Brahmā, he went home.
