वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-98, verse-7

ताः पतिं सहसा दृष्ट्वा शयानं रणपांसुषु ।
निपेतुस्तस्य गात्रेषु छिन्ना वनलता इव ॥७॥
7. tāḥ patiṃ sahasā dṛṣṭvā śayānaṃ raṇapāṃsuṣu ,
nipetustasya gātreṣu chinnā vanalatā iva.

7. Upon suddenly seeing their husband lying in the dust of the battlefield, they fell upon his body, just like cut-down forest creepers.
