वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-86, verse-15

स तु क्षिप्तो बलवता परिघस्तस्य रक्षसः ।
धनुश्च सशरं हस्ताच्छिरस्त्रं चाप्यपातयत् ॥१५॥
15. sa tu kṣipto balavatā parighastasya rakṣasaḥ ,
dhanuśca saśaraṃ hastācchirastraṃ cāpyapātayat.
15. saḥ tu kṣiptaḥ balavatā parighaḥ tasya rakṣasaḥ
dhanuḥ ca saśaram hastāt śirastram ca api apātayat
15. But that mace, hurled by the mighty (Angada), struck that demon, knocking his bow with its arrow, and also his helmet, from his hand.
