वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-28, verse-5

लोभात् पापानि कुर्वाणः कामाद्वा यो न बुध्यते ।
भ्रष्टः पश्यति तस्यान्तं ब्राह्मणी करकादिव ॥५॥
5. lobhāt pāpāni kurvāṇaḥ kāmādvā yo na budhyate ,
bhraṣṭaḥ paśyati tasyāntaṃ brāhmaṇī karakādiva.

bhraṣṭaḥ paśyati tasya antam brāhmaṇī karakāt iva

5. He who, performing sinful acts (karma) out of greed or desire, remains oblivious, that fallen person will see his end, just as a brahmin woman faces destruction from a hailstone.
