वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-101, verse-13

सत्यमेवेश्वरो लोके सत्यं पद्मा समाश्रिता ।
सत्यमूलानि सर्वाणि सत्यान्नास्ति परं पदम् ॥१३॥
13. satyameveśvaro loke satyaṃ padmā samāśritā ,
satyamūlāni sarvāṇi satyānnāsti paraṃ padam.

13. Truth is indeed the Lord (īśvara) in the world. The goddess Padma (Lakṣmī) is wholly reliant on truth. All things have truth as their root, and there is no higher state than truth.
