मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-5, verse-17

तेषां सा कथयामास भूरिभारावपीडिता ।
दनुजात्मजदैत्योत्थं खेदकारणमात्मनः ॥१७॥

17. Greatly afflicted by a burden, she (the Earth) recounted to them (the gods) the cause of her own distress, which originated from the Daityas, the descendants of Danu.
