मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-112, verse-8

भविता वैश्यजातीयो भवान्नास्त्यत्र संशयः ।
भविता क्षत्रियो वैश्यस्तस्मिन्नेवाशु जन्मनि ॥८॥
8. bhavitā vaiśyajātīyo bhavānnāstyatra saṃśayaḥ .
bhavitā kṣatriyo vaiśyastasminnevāśu janmani.
8. bhavitā vaiśyajātīyaḥ bhavān na asti atra saṃśayaḥ
| bhavitā kṣatriyaḥ vaiśyaḥ tasmin eva āśu janmani
8. You will belong to the vaiśya class; there is no doubt about this. In that very next birth, you, being a vaiśya, will quickly become a kṣatriya.
