मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-112, verse-6

एवं प्रसादितस्तेन प्रमतिः प्राह भार्गवः ।
गतकोपो नले दग्धे नावनीतेन चेतसा ॥६॥
6. evaṃ prasāditastena pramatiḥ prāha bhārgavaḥ .
gatakopo nale dagdhe nāvanītena cetasā.

6. Thus propitiated by him, Prāmati, the son of Bhṛgu, his anger (kopa) having subsided, spoke with a softened heart, even though Nala (Sudeva) had already been afflicted by the curse.
