प्रसीदेति जगौ कस्माच्छूद्रवत्कुरुषे रुषम् ।
न क्षत्रियो न वा वैश्य एवं क्रोधमुपैति वै ॥८॥

8. prasīdeti jagau kasmācchūdravatkuruṣe ruṣam .
na kṣatriyo na vā vaiśya evaṃ krodhamupaiti vai.

He pleaded, "Please be gracious! Why do you show anger like a śūdra? Neither a kṣatriya nor a vaiśya ever gets angry in this manner."
