तदेवं बहुमानात्ते मयेहानीप्सितं कृतम् ।
सुकृतं दुष्कृतं वा त्वं माहात्म्यात्क्षन्तुमर्हसि ॥११॥

11. tadevaṁ bahumānātte mayehānīpsitaṁ kṛtam ,
sukṛtaṁ duṣkṛtaṁ vā tvaṁ māhātmyātkṣantumarhasi.

तथा एवम् बहुमानात् ते मया इह अनीप्सितम् कृतम् सुकृतम्
दुष्कृतम् वा त्वम् माहात्म्यात् क्षन्तुम् अर्हसि
दुष्कृतम् वा त्वम् माहात्म्यात् क्षन्तुम् अर्हसि
11.
Therefore, because of my great respect for you, I have done this undesired act here. Out of your magnanimity (māhātmya), you ought to forgive whether it was a good deed or a bad deed.
