14.
King Yudhiṣṭhira (dharmarāja) would not desire even the kingdom of the gods if it were connected with unrighteousness. Instead, he would wish to be king (mahipatitva) even of a small village, provided it is aligned with righteousness (dharma) and a proper purpose.
