श्रीमतां चापि जानासि राज्ञां धर्मं सनातनम् ॥२॥

Indeed, you know the highest (parā) natural laws (dharma) and austerities (tapas), O possessor of austerity (tapas)! And you also know the eternal (sanātana) natural law (dharma) of prosperous (śrīmat) kings.
