बिक्षाभुजो निवर्तन्तां ब्राह्मणा यतयश्च ये ।

19. yudhiṣṭhira uvāca ,
bikṣābhujo nivartantāṁ brāhmaṇā yatayaśca ye ,
ye cāpyanugatāḥ paurā rājabhaktipuraskṛtāḥ.

Yudhiṣṭhira said: "Let those who subsist on alms, the brahmins, and the ascetics return. And also those citizens who have followed, motivated by their loyalty (bhakti) to the king."
