महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-41, verse-15

न त्वेतत्सहसा पार्थ मोक्तव्यं पुरुषे क्वचित् ।
जगद्विनिर्दहेत्सर्वमल्पतेजसि पातितम् ॥१५॥
15. na tvetatsahasā pārtha moktavyaṁ puruṣe kvacit ,
jagadvinirdahetsarvamalpatejasi pātitam.
15. na tu etat sahasā pārtha moktavyam puruṣe kvacit
jagat vinirdahet sarvam alpatejasi pātitam
15. O Pārtha, this (weapon) should certainly never be rashly discharged by any person (puruṣa). If it is released by one of little power, it would burn up the entire world.
