महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-289, verse-4

अन्नादिसमुदाचारः शय्यासनकृतस्तथा ।
दिवसे दिवसे तस्य वर्धते न तु हीयते ॥४॥
4. annādisamudācāraḥ śayyāsanakṛtastathā ,
