स राममुद्दिश्य शरैस्ततो दत्तवरैस्तदा ।
विव्याध सर्वगात्रेषु लक्ष्मणं च महारथम् ॥२१॥

21. Then, aiming at Rāma, he (Indrajit) pierced Lakṣmaṇa, the great warrior, in all his limbs with those arrows which had been blessed with boons at that time.
