महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-242, verse-9

स्ववीर्यार्जितमर्थौघमवाप्य कुरुनन्दनः ।
तत्र गच्छन्ति राजानो ब्राह्मणाश्च ततस्ततः ॥९॥
9. svavīryārjitamarthaughamavāpya kurunandanaḥ ,
tatra gacchanti rājāno brāhmaṇāśca tatastataḥ.

9. Having acquired a vast amount of wealth earned by his own prowess, Duryodhana (the delight of the Kurus) is there. To that place, kings and Brahmins are going from various directions.
