महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-239, verse-23

आहुर्दैत्याश्च तां तत्र सुप्रीतेनान्तरात्मना ।
प्रायोपविष्टं राजानं धार्तराष्ट्रमिहानय ॥२३॥
23. āhurdaityāśca tāṁ tatra suprītenāntarātmanā ,
prāyopaviṣṭaṁ rājānaṁ dhārtarāṣṭramihānaya.
23. āhuḥ daityāḥ ca tām tatra su-prītena antara-ātmanā
prāyopaviṣṭam rājānam dhārtarāṣṭram iha ānaya
23. And the Daityas, with their inner selves (ātman) greatly pleased, instructed her there: "Bring here King Dhṛtarāṣṭra's son (Duryodhana), who has undertaken a fast unto death."
