महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-239, verse-16

दर्भप्रस्तरमास्तीर्य निश्चयाद्धृतराष्ट्रजः ।
संस्पृश्यापः शुचिर्भूत्वा भूतलं समुपाश्रितः ॥१६॥

16. The son of Dhritarashtra (Duryodhana), with determination, spread a layer of kusha grass, and after touching water and becoming pure, sat down upon the ground.
