महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-228, verse-16

अथ वा सैनिकाः केचिदपकुर्युर्युधिष्ठिरे ।
तदबुद्धिकृतं कर्म दोषमुत्पादयेच्च वः ॥१६॥
16. atha vā sainikāḥ kecidapakuryuryudhiṣṭhire ,
tadabuddhikṛtaṁ karma doṣamutpādayecca vaḥ.

tat abuddhikṛtam karma doṣam utpādayet ca vaḥ
